What happens during the first session?
The first session is an opportunity to talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you are currently experiencing and what you would like support with. You do not need to prepare a complete explanation beforehand.

How do I choose between Dayna and Annette?
You can read each psychologist’s profile, areas of interest and approach to therapy. Should you still feel uncertain, you are welcome to contact us before booking.

Are online sessions available?
Online sessions are available where clinically appropriate. You will need a private space, a stable internet connection and a device capable of video calling.

How long is a therapy session?
A standard individual therapy session is approximately 50 minutes.

What are the session fees?
R1200 Per Session, we Accept insurance.

Can I claim from medical aid?
This may depend on your medical aid, plan and available benefits. We can provide the relevant documentation where applicable, but recommend confirming reimbursement directly with your medical aid.

Is therapy confidential?
Your privacy is treated with care. Confidentiality and its professional or legal limits will be explained by your psychologist during the therapeutic process.
